Life raft.

You’re the lighthouse that guides me to safety in stormy seas.

You’re the harbour that shields the ship of my heart from the worst of the raging oceans of life .

You’re the anchor that stops me drifting hopelessly through time .

Wherever I may be, feeling lost and so confused your love is like my compass , guiding me safely back to you .

While time still marches forward and tides advance and fall , I’ll always know your loving will see me through it all ,

So if my ship should flounder , and I am overwhelmed, your heart is like my lift raft to which I’ll cling to bring me home .
